Acontinuación te invitamos a ser parte de la celebración del Día interamericano de la Calidad del Aire, el cual se llevará a cabo el próximo 14 de Agosto.
Preparamos la siguiente actividad para ti, donde incluso tu familia puede ser parte de ella.
What is air pollution?
Air pollution is a mix of particles and gases that can reach harmful
concentrations both outside and indoors. Its effects can range from higher
disease risks to rising temperatures. Soot, smoke, pollen, methane, and carbon
dioxide are just a few examples of common pollutants.
This August the Inter-American Day of Air Quality 2019 is
celebrated. To commemorate this milestone we propose you to carry out the
following activity:
Organize
into groups of 5
Go
to the following YouTube link:
Answer
the following questions:
1. How
do you think your city is managing air pollution?
2. Argue:
how do you think humans are trying to reduce their impact on air quality?
3. Which
do you think are the consequences of air pollution on human health?
Using
your mobile phone record a video that represents the three things that you can
identify from the questions above. Be creative!
Show
this video to your partners and write down their reactions in your science
notebook.

SEGUNDO BIMESTRE 2019:
Con el ánimo de concientizar a los estudiantes en la importancia del cambio climático y en sintonía con la celebración del día Mundial de Medio Ambiente el cual se celebrará el día 5 de Junio de 2019, si eres estudiante de grado sexto y séptimo, ingresa a ver el siguiente video:
Este video te enseña en que consiste el cambio climático actual y que tipo de actividades antrópicas
pueden aumentar o incrementar y acelerar este proceso natural de la tierra. Por otra parte, también
motiva a los espectadores a tomar acciones que permitan mitigar este cambio.
Debes copiar y resolver las preguntas que se proponen a continuación en tu cuaderno de ciencias, para la próxima clase (de acuerdo a la clase que tu profesor previamente disponga para esta actividad) con el fin de socializar tus respuestas.
